How car audio works

AM (MW, LW) and FM radio signals are broadcast from transmitter towers located around your city. They are intercepted by the radio antenna on your Kia car. This signal is then received by the radio and sent to your car speakers. AM (MW, LW) broadcasts can be received at greater distances than FM broadcasts. This is because AM (MW, LW) radio waves are transmitted at low frequencies. These long, low frequency radio waves can follow the curvature of the earth rather than travelling straight out into the atmosphere. In addition, they curve around obstructions so that they can provide better signal coverage.

Utilizing Tweeters to Boost up a KIA Car’s Sound System

The number of speakers, woofers, even a tweeter and a subwoofer, which could be a part of the multichannel audio of a Kia vehicle all depend on the volume intensity a car owner prefers and the space available in the automobile.

The intensity and the quantity of sound which could possibly be generated from the sound system of Kia automobile would depend entirely on the amplifiers. Often, integrated amplifiers and even subwoofers come along with a majority of speakers which can ideally be used in a Kia vehicle. On the other hand, car owners might be required to add more distinct parts into their Kia vehicle if they intended to obtain a two way stereo sound.

For the car audio system of a Kia vehicle to be able to properly generate the low frequency sounds, a subwoofer would have to be added. In fact the subwoofer ideally balances the high and low sounds. Finally, for the creation of high frequency ranged sounds, a tweeter would have to be added too. The sound quality would definitely be enhanced once all such parts were included as a part of the Kia car’s audio system.

A two way speaker program or a subwoofer and a tweeter, is already integrated with the speakers present in a majority of Kia vehicles. Four way speakers or three way speakers can therefore be considered as an upgrade to the regular audio system present in the car and would provide high end sound. The speaker setup which a Kia car owner could ideally install into his vehicle would also depend upon his budget as well.

Stock speakers of a Kia vehicle might surely be competent enough, but modifying the sound system surely has its benefits, especially the improved sound quality and to truly experience some heightened sound quality, even the brand of the speakers matters too. As much capable as Kia car stock speakers are, the two different speakers serve the production of two different types of sound. Instead of the the ideal purpose of having high end speakers in a Kia vehicle is to have a single speaker which would produce both sounds and therefore tweeters are needed to be installed into the Kia car’s audio system.

Kia car owners have quite a lot of options when it comes to the variety of the sound system speaker brands as well as the various types of speakers. These different varieties of speakers could even be purchased from quite a variety of different stores as well.

For a Kia car audio system to have really crisp sound, the stereo would need to have tweeters added as a part of it. So for the drivers who really prefer to enjoy their music while driving, adding audio accessories such as tweeters and woofers truly enhances the audio quality provided by the audio system of the audio system of the Kia car. Even bass speakers can be ideal to be added into a Kia vehicle and the car owner who do not have such speakers could again use tweeters for this purpose.
